A Confidential Online Support Group for Abuse Survivors, a trauma-informed virtual healing space created and led by Chioma Chime.

No More Secrets is my monthly virtual healing program for survivors of abuse and trauma. I created this space for those who are not yet ready to speak publicly but are ready to begin healing quietly, safely, and at their own pace.

You may attend anonymously.
You are never required to share.

What Is No More Secrets?

No More Secrets is a monthly virtual healing session for survivors of emotional, physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. This is a structured, confidential online space where participants can reflect, journal, and begin healing at their own pace.

WHY I CREATED THIS PROGRAM

There was a time when I carried my own pain in silence.

I know what it feels like to want healing but fear exposure.
To need support but not want to be seen.
To long for safety before you are ready to speak.

No More Secrets was created for that space in between the place where healing begins before your voice feels strong.

You are free to participate at your comfort level.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

No More Secrets meets every 4th Saturday of the month in a secure virtual setting.

Each session includes:

Because this space is sensitive, I have intentionally built privacy into the structure of the program:

Cameras off by default
